How a factory joins the UELPAN Technologies base
We source from audited factories whose certificates we verify ourselves. Entry is by dossier and invitation, never by self-registration.

A dossier is opened
Your request creates a prospect file in our factory base: company, production site, product families, contact. Nothing is public.

Certificates are verified
We check each certificate with the notified body and the official register. The verdict is always given by a person on our team.

You are invited
Once the dossier is reviewed, your contact receives an invitation to the supplier portal, tied to your file only, in English or Chinese.
What we will ask for
- The legal manufacturer and the real production site, if different.
- Certificates with their notified body number and scope, per product.
- User manuals and declarations of conformity in the EU languages you cover.
- A contact able to answer technical and compliance questions.
